When will I be charged for my order?

You will be charged once I confirm that all items are available for shipping. If for any reason, I am unable to fulfill your order, or an item is back-ordered, I will notify you immediately. You may request a refund or a credit towards another item.

What types of payment do you accept?

I accept all major credit cards and PayPal. I do not accept personal checks or money orders.

Why do you charge sales tax?

Orders being shipped to addresses in states that require sales tax are subject to state sales tax.

Can I make changes to my order?

Please contact me as soon as possible once you have realized you’ve made a mistake. I’ll make every possible effort to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase, and would like the opportunity to do so, but remember – once the package ships, it’s too late to make any changes.
