If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased from The Black Phoebe, LLC.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale from The Black Phoebe, LLC.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to The Black Phoebe, LLC, accessible from http://theblackphoebe.com

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel Your Order prior to the order being shipped. Once the item has been shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the request to cancel the order. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Returns & Exchanges

We are not accepting returns at this time.

We will replace or exchange Goods that are defective or that were broken in shipment. In order for the Goods to be eligible for exchange or replacement or refund, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were received in the last 7 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • You provide a picture of the damaged or defective Goods

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or replacements of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions or at Our sole discretion. We will determine if the damaged or defective Goods are eligible for replacement, store credit towards an exchange or a refund.

At this time, The Black Phoebe, LLC, does not accept refunds or returns for any purchased products. Sincerest apologies for any inconvenience. I am happy to help with any questions to ensure that you are happy with your purchase - please reach out to me at any time. 

The Black Phoebe, LLC will replace or provide store credit for any items that are defective or arrive broken: please notify me via email within 7 days of receipt of package, along with images of the damaged item. If the item is still in stock, I will send a replacement. If the item is out of stock, I will provide a store credit.
